Literally forcing myself not to stay up and watch the Oscars even though I really, really want to! I have three exams next week and I just can’t afford to be dead tired tomorrow as I have so much work to do.

I really want to watch them though! As a huge film fan I just love the Oscars. Even if a lot of the films I loved this year haven’t even been nominated this year, there is just something about them. I remember when I was younger staying up late to watch them on the old TV in my room. I remember always loving all the dresses, the red carpet, the interviews. I remember being so happy being able to watch them last year and seeing The King’s Speech win. It’s always the perfect end to the film season.
